Challenge

NATO TIE26, part of the Layered Counter-UAS Initiative (LCX-I), required proving interoperable command and control across a 13-nation coalition - integrating and operating around 50 different sensor and effector systems in a live NATO interoperability exercise against a real Red Air counter-UAS challenge.

Solution

OVERWATCH served as the primary C2 platform for Team BRAVO, fusing 31 Fusion nodes and 15 Edge nodes (46 total) via SAPIENT protocol across systems from 13 countries. Full deployment ran on-premise, standalone LAN, with no external internet dependency.
